Dalian Foreign Studies University, referred to as "Dawai", is located in Dalian, Liaoning Province. It is a provincial university in Liaoning Province. Dalian International Studies University, formerly known as Dalian Japanese Institute, was founded on 1964, renamed Liaoning International Studies University on 1970, upgraded to Dalian International Studies University on 1978, awarded a master's degree on 1986, and renamed Dalian International Studies University on 20 13. 20 13 was approved to serve the national special needs doctor training program. ?
