Can college students get married?
As long as college students reach the legal age and meet the conditions for marriage, they can get married, because this is a civil right and has nothing to do with whether you are a college student or not. Getting married in college is no longer a bad phenomenon. After all, college students are adults in the legal sense. They can bear legal responsibility for their actions, be responsible for themselves, and of course enjoy the right to choose. According to the marriage law, men reach the age of marriage at the age of 22, and women reach the age of marriage at the age of 20. At this age, college students are basically in the third and fourth grades, and many ideas are relatively mature. Since the law gives this age, it shows that most people at this age have the ability to bear the responsibility of marriage. In March, 2005, the Ministry of Education published a new version of the Regulations on the Management of Students in Colleges and Universities, abolishing the old rule that college students need the consent of the school to get married. Officials of the Ministry of Education stressed that the fact that schools do not interfere or prohibit does not mean that the education department advocates college students to get married.
