3. Still at the bottom of this page, click "Start Application" to enter the formal application form.
4. After clicking Start Application:
(1) Select the place where you want to submit the application form (that is, which consulate you want to interview).
Once you choose the location of the consulate, there will be a link to the test photos. You can choose to upload your own photos first to test whether it meets the photo requirements of DS- 160 form.
(2) After choosing the location of the consulate, choose your application method.
(3) Personal information 1 (surname, first name, full Chinese name, previous name, gender, marital status, date and place of birth)
Select "Start a new application" to enter another page, which is the page for filling in personal basic information.
5. If your name consists of two Chinese characters, when you answer the question on the form, "Have you ever used another name? (Pre-marital, religious, professional and other aliases, etc. ) ",please select" Yes ". Then enter your last name and first name. There must be a space between the two words of your name. Such as: (last name) XXX (first name) XXXXXXXX
6. After filling in the information on this page, Amerigo strongly recommends that you save it, as shown above, and click "Save".
Click "Save", and the following page will appear: there are three options as shown in the figure below, and you can choose according to your own situation.
7. If you click Save Application to File and save it locally, a. dat file will be generated. You can save it on your computer, and then you can choose to upload the existing table when you continue to fill it out later.
8. You can save Save again, or choose Next to continue to fill in the contact address and information.
9. Then continue to fill in the telephone and email information on this page.
