Xinhua college of ningxia university is a full-time undergraduate institution of higher learning organized by Ningxia University according to the new mechanism and mode. It was established with the approval of the people's government of the autonomous region in March 2002 and confirmed by the Ministry of Education in 2004. The college is located in the beautiful fortress of Yinchuan, a famous historical and cultural city, adjacent to Ningxia University.
