Yes, RTVU enjoys the same graduation treatment as ordinary full-time students. Undergraduate candidates who meet certain conditions for degree granting may apply for a bachelor's degree certificate. Generally speaking, they need to meet certain requirements in course average score, thesis defense score and degree foreign language test score.

Degree application conditions

1. Students need to complete the courses prescribed by the school at the undergraduate stage and earn enough credits to successfully obtain graduation qualifications.

2. The average score of compulsory courses should reach 75 or more, and the evaluation score of elective courses and other courses should reach 70 or more.

3. Students need to complete the thesis related to their major at the undergraduate stage and successfully pass the defense, with an average score above.

4. Non-English majors need to pass CET-3.
