Jin Ling 1932 February 19 was born in Houcai Village, Dongyuan Township, Hui 'an County, Fujian Province. 195 1 was admitted to the chemistry department of Fuzhou University at that time. 1953 was transferred to the chemistry department of Xiamen university due to the adjustment of departments. 1955 After graduation, he was appointed as the research assistant of Professor Lu Jiaxi to help build the X-ray diffraction laboratory, and at the same time served as the teaching assistant of physical chemistry, material structure, chemical thermodynamics and other courses. 1960 to 1962, studying at the University of Skopje in the former Soviet Union. He used to be president of Fuzhou University, president of Jimei University and deputy director of Fujian Institute of Physics of China Academy of Sciences. During the period of 1985, when the physical chemistry major of Fuzhou University was approved as a doctoral program by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, it was the only doctoral supervisor of this project. He used to be a member of the chemical evaluation group of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
