1. On-site audit location: human resources and social security office of the street (town) where the house is rented.

2. Materials required for on-site audit (all originals):

College diploma and degree certificate;

Household registration book;

Lease contract and rent invoice;

Commitment letter of honesty in the declaration of college students' rental subsidy

Housing rental subsidies must meet the following basic conditions:

1. Apply for effective subsidy within 2 years after graduation;

2. All kinds of enterprises or state organs, institutions, private non-enterprise units, social organizations and other employers who pay taxes in our city are employed, establish labor relations with them and sign labor contracts 1 year or above; Or start their own businesses (except part-time business) in Ning, register and establish enterprises, private non-enterprise units, social organizations and individual industrial and commercial households according to law and serve as legal representatives or principal responsible persons;

3. Participate in the endowment insurance for enterprise employees in our city according to law (except flexible employees), or participate in the endowment insurance for enterprise employees in Jiangsu Social Insurance Fund Management Center and participate in the unemployment insurance in our city.

4. It is difficult to have a household registration in this city or a non-household registration in this city. If you don't own a house in Ning, rent a house in this city and pay the rent.
