Most of the second-hand photocopiers are refurbished machines eliminated in Japan, and the maintenance is very problematic. If you can't repair them yourself, the repair cost is expensive.

4. A simple copier has a small user base. Most students print and copy. If you just copy, your customer base will be greatly reduced.

I once had a friend who opened a simple printing shop in the school dormitory and bought a second-hand laser printer, which cost less than 500 yuan. A pack of 500 sheets of A4 paper 16 yuan. Print 2 corners, extra 1.5 corners. During the period from April to June when he had to print a lot of graduation thesis, he earned more than 500 yuan in two weeks. And his clients are only twenty people. He doesn't use a copier either. If someone wants to make a copy, he just needs to print it out. The cost of laser printer is very cheap, a piece of paper costs 3.2 cents, the toner costs about 50 at a time, and it can print 2,000 sheets, each with 2.5 cents.

Therefore, the cost of printing a piece of paper is only more than 50 cents, and counting the loss of the machine, a piece of paper is definitely not more than 1 cent. Even if you print instead of others' copies, there is no problem at all.
