In addition to the above-mentioned inclusive subsidy policies, the preferential policies for living subsidies formulated by counties and urban areas for children of poor families (including preschool education, primary school, junior high school, senior high school, vocational education and higher education) with the establishment of a file card shall be implemented according to the preferential policies of counties and urban areas.
