(1) Pre-school education: A subsidy of 1000 yuan/person/year is given to children with financial difficulties. (Coverage of funds: poor areas 15%, ordinary areas 7.5%)

(2) Compulsory education: "two exemptions and one subsidy" is implemented, and the living allowance for students from poor families attending primary schools is 1.000 yuan/student/year, and that for junior high schools is 1.250 yuan/student/year (funding scope: 40% in poor areas and 25% in general areas). Among them, the policy of "three exemptions and one subsidy" is implemented for disabled students, tuition and miscellaneous fees, textbook fees and accommodation fees are exempted, and living expenses subsidies are given to boarders with financial difficulties.

(3) High school education: ① The tuition and miscellaneous fees of ordinary high schools are exempted for students with financial difficulties from families with filing cards, disabled students with financial difficulties from families without filing cards, students from rural low-income families, and students from rural poor relief. In addition to the above-mentioned inclusive subsidy policies, the preferential policies for living subsidies formulated by counties and urban areas for children of poor families (including preschool education, primary school, junior high school, senior high school, vocational education and higher education) with the establishment of a file card shall be implemented according to the preferential policies of counties and urban areas.
