Indy College, founded in 1986, is the largest private international higher education institution with high academic level and the best reputation in Malaysia, which is supported by the Malaysian government. In 1997, the school was awarded the Malaysian Industrial Excellence Award by the Malaysian government, and Indy College was the first private institution of higher learning in Malaysia to receive this award.
