Dongbei University of Finance and Economics was founded in 1952, formerly known as Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, with a campus in Shenyang. 65438-0958 Dongbei University of Finance and Economics merged with shenyang normal College and Shenyang Russian College to form Liaoning University.
1959, the former Dongbei University of Finance and Economics merged with Liaoning Business School located in Dalian, and Liaoning Finance and Economics College was established with its campus in Dalian. 1979 Liaoning University of Finance and Economics was placed under the management of the Ministry of Finance, and 1985 was renamed Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.
