Legal analysis: if the membership card is lost, you only need to go to the original school or the school where the current group relationship is located to reissue the membership card. If it is urgently needed, submit a written report to the Youth League branch, and first issue a member's card for emergency. Where there are personnel files of enterprises, institutions, schools, organs, military members to join the League, because of job transfer, graduation, demobilization and other needs to transfer organizational relations, the volunteer book should be transferred with the personnel files.

Legal basis: Article 37 of the "Provisional Regulations on the Management of League Members' Cards in China" shall report the loss of the League members' cards to the league organization in time. When it is confirmed that it cannot be retrieved, the grass-roots organizations of the Communist Youth League Committee should go through the formalities of reissue and explain it in the remarks column of the new card.
