Certification content:

1. Confirm whether the applicant has studied or studied in an overseas institution of higher learning or an educational or scientific research institution with a certificate;

2. Confirm the academic year of the applicant;

3. Confirm whether the applicant has really obtained a diploma or degree certificate;

4. Confirm the degree certificate, diploma category and education level obtained by the applicant;

5. Confirm whether the school or institution attended by the applicant is recognized by the host government or an authoritative evaluation institution;

6. Confirm whether the applicant's school or institution offers the major involved in the certificate and award the corresponding degree.

Legal basis: Article 5 of the Measures for the Recognition of Foreign Degrees by Universities. Applicants applying for recognition of foreign academic qualifications shall submit the following documents to the university:

1. Copy of foreign academic certificates and proof of previous years' achievements.

Two, including the entry and exit records issued by the entry and exit authorities from the beginning to the end of the academic study abroad. However, if the applicant is a foreigner or a foreigner, it is not necessary.

3. Relevant documents required by other schools.

For the documents mentioned in the first paragraph of the preceding paragraph, the accepting school can directly inquire about the applicant's foreign graduate school and write to China.

Foreign library offices will assist in the verification, or ask the applicant for verification.

Article 6 Applicants for items 8 and 9 may be approved or recognized by the local government school authorities.

The certification documents issued by the designated educational professional evaluation and supervision institutions replace the information in item 2 of the first paragraph.
