Moreover, schools need careful, considerate, good-natured and friendly teachers, which are more in line with the image of female teachers.

In addition, it is really inconvenient for male teachers to take care of female students, especially in recent news reports of many teachers' bad behavior. If male teachers take care of girls, it is easy for parents to complain.

Gay men often bear the task of supporting their families, while kindergarten teachers are not only hard, but also have low income. Many boys would rather work in education and training institutions than choose hard kindergarten teachers.

Although there are fewer male teachers, it is good for children's development to gradually introduce male teachers into kindergartens.
