Recently, the Ministry of Education promulgated the Interim Measures for Administrative Punishment of Off-campus Training, which will take effect from June 5438+1October 65438+May 2023. The "Regulations" apply to natural persons, legal persons or other organizations that recruit preschool children and primary and secondary school students over 3 years old for the society and illegally carry out off-campus training.
