The Measures for the Implementation of Teachers' Qualification Regulations was promulgated and implemented by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) on September 23rd, 2000. In order to implement the teacher qualification system, these measures are formulated in accordance with the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Regulations on Teacher Qualification.
