In this regard, the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates two systems: "the state encourages and supports the development of tourism vocational education and training to improve the quality of tourism professionals" and "the state rewards units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the development of tourism" in order to promote and promote the self-improvement of tour guides, make greater contributions to the development of China's tourism industry, and make greater progress in themselves.

Twenty-first tourism utilization of natural resources, cultural relics and other cultural resources must strictly abide by the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, and meet the requirements of resources, ecological protection and cultural relics safety.

Respect and maintain local traditional cultural customs, safeguard the regional integrity, cultural representation and regional particularity of resources, and consider the needs of military facilities protection. The relevant competent departments should strengthen the supervision and inspection of resource protection and tourism utilization.
