Second, the adjustment procedures and qualification examination

(1) Query the adjustment.

From June 15, candidates can log on to the special page of Hubei Personnel Examination Network for civil service examination registration, and inquire about the transfer position, transfer number and qualification conditions.

(2) Submit the transfer position

During the period from 9:00 on June 15 to 0: 30 on June 16, online registration candidates logged into Hubei Personnel Examination Network, entered the adjustment system with their user names and passwords at the time of registration, and applied for adjustment positions. Candidates who need to consult the information such as major, education, degree, qualification and remarks required for job transfer, please contact the recruitment agency directly. Relevant contact information can be found in the "Related Downloads" column of Hubei Personnel Examination Network's civil servants' special page, and the contact information of recruitment agencies in cities and States can be found on designated websites nationwide. The number of applicants for each job transfer can be queried online. Before June 16 and 1 1:30, candidates can change their positions for transfer, but they cannot change their positions for transfer afterwards.

The secret-related posts of security organs in the province are not publicly adjusted online, and relevant candidates can only participate in the internal adjustment of their respective systems.

(3) Qualification examination of transfer

After June 16 1 1: 30, the recruitment agency will inform the transfer candidates to conduct qualification examination according to the converted written test results of each transfer position. If the written test scores are the same after conversion, they shall be determined according to the administrative professional ability test scores. After the qualified personnel who have passed the transfer examination reach the required number of transfers, the recruitment agency will no longer conduct qualification examination for other personnel. Those who pass the qualification examination are determined to be shortlisted for interview, and they are reordered from high to low according to the written test conversion results. Candidates are requested to maintain smooth communication and prepare qualification materials such as academic qualifications and degree certificates in advance.

Third, query the reconciliation results.

After the transfer, the competent department of provincial civil servants will timely publish the application for transfer positions in Hubei Province on the Hubei Personnel Examination website. For the positions whose recruitment plan and the number of applicants are still below 1:3, except for special professional positions approved by hard and remote areas and provincial civil service departments, the recruitment plan will be cancelled, merged or reduced in proportion.
