What is the concept of private education?
Article 2 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Private Education Promotion Law, which came into effect on September 1 2003, stipulates: "This Law shall be applicable to social organizations or individuals other than state institutions who use non-state financial funds to organize activities of schools and other educational institutions facing the society. If there are no provisions in this law, it shall be implemented in accordance with the education law and other relevant education laws. " It can be seen that the definition of private education mainly adopts the definition method of "non": First, the organizer is not a state institution. Second, the funds come from non-state-owned financial funds. Third, running a school for the society means enrolling students for the society. Those who meet the above three conditions belong to private education.
