Second, the identification conditions
Those who apply for the accreditation of teachers' qualifications shall meet the accreditation conditions stipulated in the Regulations on Teachers' Qualifications and have not reached the national statutory retirement age. Non-exemption personnel are required to provide qualification certificates for primary and secondary school teachers within the validity period, and the "teaching subjects" they apply for are consistent with the qualification certificates.
(A) ideological and moral status
Support China's leadership, love the socialist motherland, adhere to the party's basic line, have good political morality, abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law, and abide by teachers' professional ethics.
(2) Education
1. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, you must have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above.
2. To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, you must have graduated from a secondary normal school or above.
3. To apply for junior high school teacher qualification, you must have a higher normal college or other college degree or above.
4. To apply for the qualification of a senior middle school teacher, you must have a bachelor's degree or above from a normal university or other university.
5. To apply for the qualifications of teachers in secondary vocational schools (including the qualifications of teachers in secondary vocational schools, technical schools, vocational high schools for cultural courses and professional courses), you must have a bachelor's degree or above in normal universities or other universities.
6. To apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools (including the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, technical schools and vocational high schools), one must have a secondary vocational school graduation or above, and at the same time, one should have a junior and above professional technical post or a technical grade certificate for intermediate and above workers.
The above qualifications are all national education sequence qualifications recognized by the Ministry of Education (including self-study, amateur universities, night universities and adult universities including full-time >; , online school correspondence >, etc. ) and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan education recognized by relevant state departments and foreign equivalent education.
(3) Physical condition
Have good physical and psychological qualities, no infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, and can meet the needs of education and teaching. According to the Physical Examination Standard for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Guangdong Province (revised in 20 13 years) (Yue Han [2065 438+03] 1No.), the hospitals at or above the county level designated by the teacher qualification accreditation body passed the physical examination.
Putonghua proficiency conditions
The level of Putonghua should reach the second level or above in the Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test issued by the State Language Committee.
(5) Direct identification

2. The 20021Master of Education students and public-funded normal students who participated in the qualification reform of primary and secondary school teachers are exempt from the examination, and their academic qualifications are the same as those of any teaching department and teaching subject in the Certificate of Teachers' Professional Ability for Normal Students. III. Appraisal Process and Time Schedule

Before the teacher qualification registration begins, the applicant should first improve his personal information and download personal books.

After the applicant logs in with the registered account, click "Personal Information Center" to improve personal identity and other information on this page.
(1) "personally identifiable information". Applicants need to increase their gender and nationality in this column (Hong Kong and Macao applicants can choose specific nationality or others when choosing nationality). The applicant can modify other information except "Certificate Type" and "Certificate Number" on this page.
(2) "Teacher Qualification Examination Information". Applicants who have participated in the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and passed the examination can view their examination certificate information in this column.
(3) "Putonghua certificate information". Applicants can add and modify personal Putonghua information in this column.
① Under the category of "Verification Certificate", enter the certificate number and other information, and click the "Verify" button, and the system will verify the Putonghua certificate information in the National Putonghua Proficiency Test Information Management System.
② If the information of Putonghua certificate cannot be verified, please check whether the currently verified information is consistent with the "name, ID number and certificate number" in the certificate information.
③ If the information of Putonghua certificate cannot be verified through the above steps, please select the type of "Enter Certificate", fill in the relevant information, and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the picture size is less than 190KB and the format is JPG).
(4) "Education and student status information". Applicants can add and modify personal academic information under this column. The student status information will be synchronized automatically during the registration process. If the synchronization fails, you can add your own student status information.
① Under the category of "Verifying Academic Qualifications", enter the number of academic credentials, and click "Verify" to obtain relevant information in the information management system of China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin.com).
② If the academic information cannot be verified, please check whether the information currently verified is consistent with the "name, ID number and certificate number" in the academic certificate information.
③ If the certificate information cannot be verified through the above steps, please select the type of "unverifiable education", fill in the relevant information and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the picture size is less than 190KB, and the format is JPG).
④ For secondary schools such as normal school and kindergarten teacher, please select the type of "unable to verify academic qualifications", fill in relevant information and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the picture size is less than 190KB, and the format is JPG).
⑤ If your education is from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or studying abroad, and you can't verify your education, please select the verification type as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or studying abroad, and upload the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic degree certificate or foreign academic degree certificate according to step 3.
Special note: it is suggested that applicants with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan education or foreign education should go to the online service hall of the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education for certification in advance.
(5) "degree certificate information". Applicants can add and modify personal degree certificate information under this column.
(6) "Teacher qualification certificate information". Those who have applied for teacher qualification certificate can view the information of existing teacher qualification certificate in this column.
Step 2 download personal books
Applicants can download personal books in the "Information Download" column on the home page of "China Teacher Qualification Network" or the "Remarks" page of the registration system before the registration is confirmed.
Note: The downloaded personal books are printed on A4 white paper. If you use this book in the application form of teacher qualification certificate, please write it in block letters at the "person" and sign my name. After filling in the signing time at the "year, month and day", take a photo vertically and clearly on the front of the paper and upload it. After signing the personal book, you can see the overall effect when previewing the application form of teacher qualification certificate after successful registration. If you find that the uploaded personal book is in an incorrect position, unclear signature or incomplete during preview, please upload it again.
(2) Registration
After the online registration of primary and secondary school teachers' qualifications in Qingyuan City begins, the applicant will log in to the "China Teacher Qualification Network" with his own account within the specified online registration time.
1. Select a certification authority
Applicants with Qingyuan household registration, Qingyuan household registration, active servicemen stationed in the youth corps and active armed police can apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in their household registration location and residence (they must hold a local residence permit and be within the validity period). Please choose the correct accreditation institution and on-site confirmation point according to the type of teacher qualification you apply for:
Apply for junior high school, primary school, kindergarten teacher qualification, accreditation bodies and on-site confirmation points are selected from the county (city, district) Education Bureau where their household registration (residence permit, military status) is located.
To apply for the qualification of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools and the qualification of internship instructors in secondary vocational schools, the accreditation body shall choose Qingyuan Education Bureau, and the on-site confirmation point shall choose the county (city, district) Education Bureau where my household registration (residence, military station) is located.
Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents can apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in the county (city, district) education bureau where they live or where the teacher qualification examination is located.
2. Online registration time: 20211October 8 to10/October 18.
Applicants should log on to China Teachers' Qualification Network from1October 8th, 65438 to18th1October 8th, select "Online Portal for Teachers' Qualification Applicants", log in with their registered account and password, and select the "Teachers' Qualification" module to register. Please read the "Precautions" carefully before registering.
(3) On-site audit
After completing the online registration, the applicant should hold relevant certification materials to conduct on-site audit at the time and place designated by the selected teacher qualification accreditation institution. Please consult the authorized institutions selected by the applicant for the time, place, contact information and acceptance scope of the on-site audit of all authorized institutions in the city (see Annex 1 for contact information of all authorized institutions).
Applicants for on-site audit are required to bring the following materials:
1. Identification
(1) If a registered resident of Qingyuan City applies for recognition, he/she shall provide the original ID card and the original household registration book or collective household registration certificate.
(2) If the household registration personnel from other provinces and cities living in Qingyuan apply for recognition, they shall provide the original ID card and the original residence permit within the validity period.
(3) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel applying for teacher qualification in Qingyuan City must provide a residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents valid for five years or a pass for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland or the original mainland travel permit for taiwan residents.
(4) The servicemen and armed police stationed in the Qing army shall provide the original ID card, the original military officer's card or soldier's card.
2. Proof of academic qualifications
(1) If the applicant's academic qualifications have been verified during the registration of "China Teacher Qualification Network", the original diploma is not required. If it cannot be verified, it is necessary to provide the original academic certificate and academic credentials.
Special note: It is suggested that applicants who cannot verify their academic qualifications should be certified in Xuexin.com in advance (website: /xlrz/rhsq_index.jsp).
(2) Applicants holding academic degree certificates of institutions of higher learning in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan must provide the original academic degree certificates of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and the academic degree certification certificate shall be deemed as valid. Applicants who hold academic degree certificates of foreign institutions of higher learning are required to provide the original foreign academic degree certificates issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education, and the academic degree certification certificate is deemed to be valid.
3. Putonghua Grade Certificate
If the applicant's Putonghua proficiency test information has been verified at the time of registration in "China Teacher Qualification Network", it is unnecessary to provide the original Putonghua certificate. If it fails to pass the verification, you need to provide the original Putonghua certificate.
Special note: the applicant can't find the results, certificate collection, certificate replacement and other issues on the national Putonghua training and testing information resource network (website: http://www.cltt.org/studentscore). Please contact the test station taking the Putonghua test for consultation.
4. Physical examination certificate
Physical examination certificate issued by the hospital at or above the county level designated by the teacher qualification accreditation institution. Please pay attention to the appraisal announcement or telephone consultation issued by the appraisal institution I choose for the specific medical examination hospital and time.
Special note: The physical examination form of Guangdong teacher qualification applicants can be downloaded from the "Data Download" column of "China Teacher Qualification Network".
5. Proof of no criminal record
(1) Applicants do not need to submit personal proof of no criminal record. The applicant's certificate of no criminal record is verified by the county (city, district) teacher qualification accreditation institution to the relevant part.
(2) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents applying for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers need to provide proof of no criminal record. The certificate of no criminal record shall be issued by the applicant to the relevant departments of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province. Applicants from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region require to issue a certificate of no criminal record (Annexes 2 and 3), which shall be filled out by the applicant and submitted to the on-site confirmation point, and the provincial institution shall notify the applicant to collect it from the recognized institution after filling in and stamping it. After the criminal situation of Hong Kong and Macao applicants is verified by the relevant departments of Hong Kong and Macao, the verification results will be fed back to the provincial institutions that issue letters, and the provincial institutions will inform the relevant education bureaus of the verification results as the basis for identification. Please consult the police department of Hong Kong and Macao for specific procedures. The applicant's certificate of no crime in Taiwan Province Province shall be issued by the applicant to the relevant departments of Taiwan Province Province, and the certificate of no crime issued shall be directly handed over to the accreditation institution applying for accreditation.
6. Recent bareheaded 1 inch color photo with white background.
Photos uploaded by the information system and photos pasted by teachers' qualification certificate holders use recent bareheaded 1 inch color photos with a white background (upload format is JPG/JPEG, not exceeding 200K).
Special note: the original photo of the certificate submitted by the applicant requires that the actual size is not more than 38mmX30mm, and it is a conventional developed photo, and no printed photo is used.
7. To apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, in addition to providing the above information, the original professional and technical post certificate or worker's technical grade certificate shall also be provided.
8. Teachers' professional competence certificates of education graduate students and public-funded normal students who participate in the teacher qualification reform without examination are verified online by China Teachers' Qualification, and there is no need to provide originals.
(four) to obtain a teacher qualification certificate.
After the on-site audit is completed by the accreditation bodies at all levels, the accreditation conclusion is made according to the audit situation, and the teacher qualification certificate is made for the applicants who meet the accreditation conditions. The applicant shall, with his/her ID card, go to the institution that accepts the accreditation to receive the teacher qualification certificate and the application form for teacher qualification accreditation (the application form for teacher qualification accreditation shall be submitted by the applicant to the administrative department where my personnel file is located, and shall be included in my personnel file at your own risk).
The time and place to receive the teacher qualification certificate and the teacher qualification application form shall be subject to the notice of the accreditation body. Please pay attention to the notice or telephone consultation issued by Qingyuan authorized institution in time.
Fourth, other matters needing attention
(a) the applicant shall personally make online registration and on-site audit confirmation, and be responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the personal information and on-site audit materials provided. No school or any institution is allowed to register for the exam. If my application for teacher qualification is affected by others' substitution for registration, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant himself.
(2) The "Teacher Qualification Management Information System" automatically verifies the applicant's identity, education background, Putonghua, primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination results and other information, and the applicant can only pass the verification of the above information by filling in real personal information.
(3) The photos uploaded by applicants during online registration should be consistent with those submitted during physical examination and on-site audit, and meet the requirements. If the unqualified photos affect my application for teacher qualification certificate, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant himself.
