Hongjialou No.2 Primary School advocates the "trinity" of school, family and community, which has been widely endorsed by the society. From June 5438 to February 2006, the school launched the trump card activity of quality education-the theme education activity of "forming good habits and laying a good foundation for life", aiming at cultivating students' good behavior habits, and the most ingenious place was the establishment of the "Good Habits Savings Office". The school regularly "counts" the students' "savings balance" and holds a grand commendation and award ceremony. In 2009, this activity was rated as an excellent innovation case by Jinan Municipal Civilization Committee. At present, 15 schools inside and outside the province have joined the "Good Habit Education Research Community", achieving the cooperation goal of "sharing resources, complementing each other's advantages, constantly improving and improving together", constantly strengthening the ideological and moral construction of minors, and laying a solid foundation for the healthy growth of every student. Under this premise, "Happy Education Parents' Aid Society", "Little Citizen Information Station" and "Hongmazha Reading Society" have become effective carriers and platforms for trinity education among schools, families and communities. Open school

With the increasing strength of running a school, the school vigorously promotes open running, and builds a 15 student social practice base with Jinan International Airport, Xin Qiji Memorial Hall and Jinan TV Station to improve students' comprehensive quality. Constantly strengthen internal and external exchanges, and form an alliance with 19 schools inside and outside the province to form a "education research community", which achieves the purpose of sharing resources, learning from each other's strengths, complementing each other's strengths, promoting each other, improving together and seeking common development of students. In 2008 and 2009, nearly 65,438+060 people from six delegations from Australia, Singapore and Mongolia visited our school and established friendly relations with six foreign schools.

Hongjialou No.2 Primary School held an exchange activity with Qufu Cultivation Education Alliance School.

On June 1 1, Chen Yuandong, the principal of Hongjialou No.2 Primary School in Licheng District, went to the Confucius Parents Cemetery Primary School in Qufu City to exchange ideas on school culture construction, formative education, classroom teaching and foreign exchange around the theme of "strengthening interaction and joint development", and presented nearly 1,000 books to students. Deputy Director of Curriculum Research Center of Qilu Normal University, Jiang Xiaobo, stationmaster of Shandong reporter station of China Education Association and deputy secretary-general of Provincial Education Association, Gui Xinjian, dean of School of International Education of Shandong University, Liu, deputy director of Composition Research Center of primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province, Fang Lizhen, principal of Shuyuan Street Primary School in Qufu City, and relevant leaders of Qufu Education Bureau, Municipal Teaching and Research Office and Fangshan Township Education Office participated in the exchange activities.

During the exchange activities, Kong Lingqiang, the principal of Confucius Parents Cemetery Primary School, briefly introduced the general situation of school development, school-running characteristics, traditional culture education and the influence of Confucius parents' education on Confucius' school-running "enlightenment culture". Chen Yuandong, as the "first principal" hired outside the school, combined with the actual situation of Confucius' parents cemetery primary school, talked about his views on the school's formative education; Director Gui Xinjian and Director Jiang Xiaobo exchanged views with Qufu education colleagues around foreign exchange and school culture construction respectively. Later, everyone went into the classroom of the school and listened to the classroom teaching of senior one mathematics and senior two Chinese. After class, Li Xiuwei, deputy director of the Curriculum Research Center of Qilu Normal University, had a discussion with lecturers, some leaders and full-time teachers on the development and use of school curriculum, classroom teaching and school-based curriculum.

After the discussion, everyone visited the campus culture of the school and the "Confucius Parents Cemetery" adjacent to the school under the guidance of the school's "little tour guide". From the story of Confucius' parents educating Confucius, we can further understand the "enlightenment culture". The wonderful explanations and excellent performances of the "little guides" left a deep impression on everyone.

In the future, Hongjialou No.2 Primary School and Confucius Parents Cemetery Primary School will have more extensive exchanges and seek common development of the school. Hongjialou's second teenager draws lessons from the characteristics of Qufu's "enlightenment culture", enriches the educational content of parents' school, and plays an important role in the growth of students. Confucius Parents Cemetery Primary School plans to send middle-level leaders, backbone teachers and class teachers to Honglou No.2 Primary School for follow-up study every semester.
