The actual work lacks down-to-earth enthusiasm, some lack sense of responsibility, lack of business research, the quality of work is not high, and there is a certain distance from the post requirements. Some work drags on, giving little consideration to grass-roots units and enterprises, and lacking due sense of service and efficiency.
Some party member are not enterprising, others are used to doing things according to inertia, content with sticking to the stall, and their awareness and ability to explore and innovate in their work are not strong. Some people are willing to be good people, stick to principles and be afraid of losing tickets. They don't want to, don't want to and dare not offend others, and they hide away when they encounter difficulties. Their exemplary role is usually invisible. Some big things can't be done, small things don't want to be done, and they have high eyes and low prestige among the masses.
Insufficient update
Some of party member's knowledge update is insufficient, and some of party member's thirst for knowledge, fear of lack of skills, and the crisis of not adapting to the situation are not strong enough. The motivation to constantly update knowledge and improve work ability is weakened, and the ability to do one's job is not strong enough. The work of the Party in a few units has been put in a secondary position, and even part-time party member cadres have become full-time agents, organizing life as a mere formality, and they are not strict with party member and lax in management. There is a phenomenon that one hand is hard, one hand is soft and the other hand is heavy.
The implementation of the responsibility system for Party building work is not strong enough, and there is no specific and clear assessment mechanism, which leads some party organizations and leading cadres in party member to attach importance to the construction of cadres in party member. We don't know enough about its difficulty. We believe that grasping business is a "hard indicator" and grasping party building is a "soft task". Grasping or not grasping has little to do with it, which affects the quality of grasping party building work.
