Main responsibilities:

(thirteen) responsible for undertaking matters related to the dispatch of overseas students funded by the state; Responsible for the foreign affairs of the education system.

(14) Administration is a public institution; To guide the work of educational societies, associations, foundations and other social groups.

(fifteen) to implement the principles and policies of the national language and writing work, and to formulate the language and writing work plan; Responsible for promoting Putonghua and training Putonghua teachers.

(sixteen) to undertake other tasks assigned by the municipal party committee and municipal government.
