1962, Xinli set up Xinli People's Commune from Shuang Shan Commune, and Xinli Township No.1 Primary School was renamed Xinli People's Commune Central Primary School in Shuangliao County, namely Xinli Township Central Primary School in shuangliao city, directly under shuangliao city Education Bureau. Wilson's father, Wang, was appointed as the secretary of the Party branch (with Qi Zhende as the principal) and became the new principal of Xinli People's Commune Central Primary School with both ability and political integrity and excellent academic performance, which developed the education in Xinli Township to a new height.

Wilson was diligent and studious when he was young, and he finished primary school, junior high school and senior high school in a hard and happy environment (because he didn't resume the college entrance examination, he couldn't go to college). Wilson read widely and memorized Chinese and western knowledge. He not only writes good handwriting, but also writes good calligraphy, which has won praise and honor for himself and his family. He has also become an outstanding teacher and school leader in shuangliao city Xinli Middle School, shuangliao city shuangliao city Xinli Township Central Primary School and shuangliao city Xinli Township Xinsheng Primary School.
