This school is a public three-year junior high school, which was founded on 20 16. Its predecessor was the East Campus of Liaohe Oilfield Experimental Middle School and Kangqiao School in Xinglongtai District. In August 2022, it was renamed Kangqiao Middle School in Xinglongtai District, and now it is one of the experimental education groups in Liaohe Oilfield.
The school is located in Xinglongtai District, Panjin City, Liaoning Province, and is under the management of Panjin Education Bureau and Liaohe Oilfield Basic Education Management Center. Part of the school's teachers are sent by Liaohe Oilfield Experimental Middle School, and the other part is recruited by all middle schools in the world. The teachers are relatively strong.
