On the first night of the First National Public Welfare Training Summer Camp for Education Walking Teachers, nearly 100 core members from all over the country gathered together-the "ice-breaking trip" opened the curtain of education walking.

It's called "ice-breaking trip" What is the freezing point?

Most of my friends don't know or know their names, but they don't match. Strangeness is one of the freezing points. Many people learn it and learn more. Although we have repeatedly stressed that students should take the initiative to participate in learning, it is always a difficult problem to let students take the initiative to participate in teaching. When teachers become trainees themselves, they are used to being bystanders, and their awareness of active participation is not high. No initiative is freezing point two. So many people, most of them are scattered and lonely, want to realize everyone's participation, how to string together the lines in the shortest time and realize orderly activities? This freezing point is three degrees.

How to break these freezing points? Interaction is the best way, but how to organize needs wisdom. The activity design of "ice-breaking trip" helps teachers to open themselves up, break these freezing points well and ensure the effectiveness of follow-up activities.

According to the allocated poker search group, everyone has a small organization and knows their own small circle through mutual introduction. "Know the most people in the shortest time"-task-driven, everyone shows their wisdom and inspires each other. A few hands together, there are nearly ten people familiar and eye contact at a time. When everyone forms a big circle hand in hand, the tangible thing that connects everyone is hand in hand, but the intangible thing is the power of participation and unity from the bottom of my heart. Many people are already familiar with this. Has been unconsciously involved. Everyone is an insider and a participant. Every participant at the scene slowly let go and put his hands together.

What impressed me most was the "blindfolded rope array" in this ice-breaking activity. Living with your eyes open depends on your own ability, and any healthy person can live easily. Blindfolded, listening to the command, relying on cooperation and trust, although it is difficult, but with the reminder of peers, my heart is still stable. The hardest thing is to cross helplessly blindfolded. There is a rope, but it is difficult to determine the position because of blindfolding and no foreign aid. What is amazing is the originality of the organizer: when the players crossed the rope blindfolded, the rope was actually removed, and the players still crawled forward slowly, cautiously and nervously. I think this design will definitely touch the hearts of many participants. Some obstacles in walking come from habits, from oneself, and this hurdle left in my heart is even harder to cross.

In any case, under the careful design and organization of the host, the campers realized the "ice-breaking trip" of educational hiking. In the activities in the next few days, everyone actively participated. After the activity, many people recorded their thoughts and gains in words. After several days' study, I realized the physical and mental walking.

It can be said that no matter who walks with public funds, who has money and who tightens his belt, the "beautiful people" who have time to walk with money at the "education walk" scene are enviable. However, there are tens of millions of teachers in China, and there are hundreds of teachers who can reach the education walking site. After all, it is a minority. Other teachers, what is the freezing point of walking? How to break it?

"The world is so big, I want to see it." How many teachers are moved by this online buzzword! But the ideal is full and the reality is skinny. Soon there will be a new slogan "The wallet is too small to go anywhere." Yes, it takes a lot of money to go. For rural teachers, this freezing point is one of them. To break this freezing point, in addition to teachers' self-financing, the education department and people from all walks of life who care about and love education have greater financial support. Fortunately, many people have been making such efforts. This educational walk is one of them. Campers not only don't need training fees, but also have free accommodation for a few days. In addition, there are activities such as "Love Flying" and "Seed Plan", all of which are people of insight who love education to help teachers grow and walk.

There are few opportunities for ordinary rural teachers to go out for training at public expense. Even if you travel at your own expense, you will often encounter resistance. Once, a "life-oriented teaching activity" was held in Shenzhen. I really want to attend. I thought the leader would support it, but I didn't expect the expenses to be reimbursed. Finally, I decided to travel at my own expense, and the big leader refused to approve the leave, because my superiors didn't inform me of such activities, and there was too much homework at school-of course, leaders also have art in speaking, so they can teach with peace of mind and give priority in the future. At that time, I wrote a few lines to record my feelings:

There is a garden there. /The flowers are blooming brilliantly. /The fragrance pervades the whole sky. /Looking at it from a distance,/My heart is intoxicated,/The overflowing fragrance is irresistible.

There is a garden there. /It's so beautiful! /people have not arrived, and the heart has passed. /Poor thing. /That's a restricted area. You can't go there. /nearby reminder,/sound painful. /Take back the distant eyes,/Return the flying heart. /There is a garden there. /It's so beautiful! But you can't go.

A teacher saw it and said, it's like an derailed love letter. Maybe meeting education is really like falling in love. However, in the rural environment, such love is unprofessional and derailed. Others can't read it. Therefore, the concept of leaders and the views of colleagues or friends around them are also obstacles to walking: "Can you eat reading and writing?" "What primary school teachers study, the research is still left to those experts." "Stop fooling around and have time to relax." -such words are all said by people around you. The ideas and habits of people around you are the second freezing point. This requires the improvement of micro-environment and macro-environment.

Just like the "blindfolded rope array" activity on the educational hiking website, I think the biggest resistance to hiking comes from the hikers themselves. The inner desire of the walker is the biggest freezing point. Because, as long as you want to learn and go, there is always a chance.

This educational walk, due to various reasons, I failed to reach the educational walk site in Mianyang, but I am also paying attention to it, learning, thinking and walking through my friends' words, pictures and some audio and video materials. It's also worth it. I also recorded this feeling in a few lines:

There is a garden there. /The flowers are in full bloom. /The fragrance is overflowing. /Bees fly from all directions,/shuttle in the garden,/suck sweet honey. /Brew, store and cherish this wishful thinking.

There is a garden there. /The flowers are in full bloom. /The fragrance is overflowing. /Unexpected bees receive information through the screen,/Bitterness and joy in the heart,/Knead into special honey. /Taste, absorb,/feel a different kind of happiness.

Yes, I also got a lot of sweet "honey" because of the attention outside the stadium. However, just like the difference between watching a disc and watching a concert live, the feeling of studying in a different place and being in an educational walking activity is also different. The atmosphere generated by the gathering of educators is like a teacher's spiritual garden, where you can better taste the flowers.

Those tangible ropes in the "freezing point" need the pioneers to adapt and cross slowly. Those invisible ropes need the walker's self-knowledge and firmness. I believe that the field of education will be bigger and bigger, and more and more people can really participate in it.
