According to modern management theory, only by implementing full staff management can we give full play to our overall strength and improve our personality and enthusiasm. Only by confirming students' status, rights and obligations in the class collective and letting them truly enjoy the rights of democracy, equality and freedom can we arouse students' sense of responsibility, mission and obligation, give full play to students' main role, and make the class collective a spiritual paradise for students to educate themselves and strive for success. So I think we should give full play to students' main role, let every student participate in class management, let every student realize that he is a member of the collective, let them really care about the collective, others, themselves and promote their independent development.
Then, how to give full play to students' main role in class management?
I. Self-organization
Self-organization is the most important link in the process of class management and an important step to cultivate students' self-management ability in independent activities.
1. Democratic formation of class committees
Class cadres compete for posts, take turns to be in power, stipulate the term of office, try to make the object of education the main body of education, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the whole class to participate in class management.
2. Self-organizing activities
Allowing students to independently design and organize classes and team activities can have many positive effects. It provides opportunities for every student to participate, and it can show colorful and unique class life. Therefore, every class activity, I will tell the students the activity time and theme range in advance, so that they can think about the design, and they can freely combine and recommend the team leader. After preparing for a period of time, the activity plan is selected, and the leader of the free combination group briefly introduces his activity plan to the whole class. I organize students to evaluate and select the best scheme and the best group. Then, under the leadership of the group leader, the group further refined and improved the plan, and the division of labor was responsible for organizing students' preparation. After the preparation is mature, carry out activities under the auspices of the team leader. After the activity, let the students comment on the theme, content, form and host of the activity, so as to promote the next activity to a new level.
Second, self-management
Class management is a whole education project. Only by mobilizing students' positive factors can we form a joint force and jointly build a self-management mechanism for students. Moreover, it has become the goal of new class management to let every student get exercise in various class management positions and improve their management ability.
Set up a variety of posts for students, so that every student has the opportunity to take up the post of "governance" and have the opportunity to serve his classmates to exercise themselves and improve themselves. Specifically, I have done the following work: (1) Adding management positions. In addition to the usual team management posts, I also set up more management posts according to students' opinions, such as personal hygiene inspection, sending and receiving homework in various subjects and so on. (2) reduce part-time, one person and one post. Try to avoid a person undertaking multiple tasks. (3) More than one person per post. Some unmanageable positions can be handled by more than one person. Through the above measures, let every member of the class have a management position and let everyone know their responsibilities.
A single social role is not conducive to the all-round development of students. Therefore, I implement the role conversion system, and each position should be rotated regularly, so that students can get various exercises in different management positions, thus gaining various management experiences and abilities.
Third, self-supervision.
Self-monitoring is an indispensable link in class management. Through this link, teachers and students can understand and master the implementation of the plan and the degree of realization of the goal, and adjust and improve their future work accordingly. I often guide students to reflect on their words and deeds, find out problems and find out the gaps against the rules and regulations formulated by the school, the requirements put forward by teachers and the conventions formulated by the class. I put this kind of self-supervision into my daily study and work, and made a self-inspection form according to my classmates' opinions, so that my classmates can check themselves against the standards every Friday afternoon.
Fourth, self-summary.
Without summarization, there will be no progress. To this end, everyone should make a work summary at the class meeting and talk about their own work experience after completing the original work. Other students can comment, and I will also make a statement, affirming my achievements and pointing out my shortcomings, so as to provide reference for the following students. In addition, at the end of the semester, I also asked each group to make a detailed summary of all the work during their term and write it down. All the students participated in the evaluation, and selected the "best group" and "the most capable * * *" according to the work plan of each group. Students who are rated as "the best group" and "the most capable * * *" can get moral education 10 and give appropriate material rewards. "The most capable * * *" still has a chance to run for outstanding student cadres.
In short, in class management, students' main role can be released, each student's innovative potential can be fully tapped, and students can "communicate psychologically", thus reducing contradictions among students, enhancing understanding among students and forming a harmonious classmate relationship. Enhance the cohesion of the class and students' consciousness in discipline, study, life and activities; Cultivate students' awareness of competition, participation and collaborative innovation that is suitable for the development of modern society; It improves students' abilities of self-education, self-discipline, self-service and self-management, and also improves the benefits of class management!
