First, doctoral students, joint training doctoral students, master students, foreign language level must meet the language requirements of the study abroad unit or meet one of the following conditions:

1. Bachelor degree or above in foreign language (the professional language should be consistent with the language used in the destination country).

2. Have studied in the same language country for one academic year (8- 12 months) or have worked continuously for more than one year in the last ten years (inclusive).

3. Take the National Foreign Language Proficiency Test (WSK) and meet the eligibility criteria.

4. I have participated in relevant language training in the overseas study training department designated by the Ministry of Education, and obtained the certificate of completion (English is an advanced class and other languages are intermediate classes).

Take the IELTS (academic), TOEFL, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and Korean proficiency tests, and the scores reach the following standards: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 95, German, French, Italian and Spanish have reached CECRL B2, Japanese has reached Level 2 (N2) and Korean has reached Level 4. 6.
