Cadre level

First-class cadres: Chairman, Standing Committee of the Political Bureau, Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Prime Minister's Military Commission, and Chairman of the CPPCC.

Second-level cadres: member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau, vice chairman, vice premier, State Councilor, vice chairman of the Military Commission, vice chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, president of the Supreme Court, and procurator-general of the Supreme Procuratorate.

Third-level cadres: Party Secretary of the Ministry, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Governor of the Provincial People's Congress and Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, commonly known as provincial and ministerial level.

Four-level cadres: deputy ministerial level and deputy provincial level.

Five-level cadres: directors, directors and mayors of prefecture-level cities, commonly known as bureau-level cadres.

Six-level cadres: deputy departmental level and deputy municipal level

Seven-level cadres: directors, city directors and county heads, commonly known as county-level cadres.

Eight-level cadres: deputy division level and deputy county level

Nine-level cadres: section chief, city director, county director and township head, commonly known as department level.

Ten-level cadres: section chiefs and township assistants, commonly known as share-level cadres.

Eleventh-level cadres: civil servants below the county level.

Under normal circumstances, the positions and levels of cadres are corresponding. For example, the county magistrate is the county level. However, there are exceptions. The position of the chief county magistrate of a county is the county magistrate, but it may be the deputy municipal level.

In short, the rank and position of cadres are two different concepts. It's like a position and a title are two different things.

If government cadres at all levels are members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee at the next higher level, the administrative level will be upgraded by one level. For example, the mayor of Zhangjiagang City is at the level.

The Central Organization Department, if it is a member of the Standing Committee of Suzhou Municipal Committee, is a CPC cadre. Generally speaking, senior cadres are often transferred to the people's congresses and CPPCC at the corresponding levels after they are 60 or 65 years old, which is commonly known as "retiring to the second line"
