On August 5, 20 1 1, the staff of our bureau visited Yanchi county detention center prison under the leadership of the director. I visited the dormitory, canteen, detention area and other places in the prison and saw the living conditions of prisoners. The whole prison is clean and tidy. The prisoners are doing all kinds of work and are very serious, but they are not happy. Imagine how happy they should be when they are separated from their loved ones and taste loneliness and regret. How did they get on the road to crime? Why do they give up a good life? Are they willing to commit crimes? They used to have a good working environment, a high income and a happy family, but they took a sinful step under the temptation of financial interests. Without correct outlook on life and values and basic code of conduct, I failed to live up to the trust of leaders and colleagues and let myself step by step into the abyss. Because of their own fault, they caused the loss of state property and harm to their families. Through the visit, I deeply realized the difference between the inside and outside of the high wall. My mind was shocked and my thoughts were greatly shocked, which made me really realize the contrast between the high wall and the prison reality. Living negative examples give each of our visitors a warning education lesson. The prison gate is not far from each of us, and the key lies in how to grasp it. Therefore, I think every staff member should, first, establish firm ideals and beliefs and strengthen the transformation of world outlook, outlook on life and values. History has proved that firm communist ideals and beliefs can resist temptation, corruption and change. We should put the establishment of firm ideals and beliefs in the first place in our career and life. Second, we should establish a correct view of power, keep in mind the purpose and use power for the people. We should correctly understand the nature of power in our hands, understand that power comes from and belongs to the people, and abide by the principle that power is for the people. Third, we must be strict in self-discipline and stand the test of various temptations under the conditions of market economy. Compared with ordinary people, we will face more temptations. We must always keep a clear head and be strict with ourselves. We must withstand poverty, unhealthy practices, temptations and small measures. Fourth, we must consciously accept supervision. Always put yourself under the supervision of organizations and the masses, and always restrain yourself. As planning staff, they should strictly implement relevant planning laws and regulations, consciously avoid various industry risks, strengthen principles and actively prevent duty crimes. Always know what to do and what not to do; Do what should be done well, and never do what should not be done! Don't be impulsive, don't be lucky, and don't trust other people's promises. Otherwise, once you break the law, you will lose your freedom, your job and your family, and it will be too late to regret it.
