"Whoever loves a child will love him, and only with love can children be educated." This is the basis for the class teacher to carry out all the work smoothly. Studying students is a necessary condition for the success of education, and the way is to observe through activities.
Understand the class style and study style, understand the main advantages and disadvantages of the whole class and analyze the reasons, understand the general cultural level of parents and find the weaknesses that need to be corrected urgently; Second, we should study students' personality characteristics (including ability, temperament, personality, hobbies, etc. ), understand their living environment, master who are activists and who are students who need special attention.
In the process of approaching and studying students, the head teacher should strive to show his extensive culture and noble moral sentiments, so that students can "get close to" you and admire you, not only recognizing you as a trustworthy teacher, but also treating you as a good friend and establishing the high prestige of the head teacher. Second, the formation and cultivation of class cadres.
The collective appearance of a class is largely determined by small class cadres. Small class cadres have the function of "bringing face" and "bringing face" to the class collective. I call them "the right-hand man of the class teacher." Therefore, only by carefully selecting and cultivating class cadres can the work of the class teacher gradually change from heavy to simple and easy.
The elected class cadres should have strong appeal and self-management ability. Third, promote education and teaching by strengthening routine training.
Good work and rest is the guarantee of normal study and life. A student's naughty and unconventional behavior will often make a good class regret, make the whole collective activity fail, and even make the honor that the whole class strives for go down the drain, which will directly affect the interests of the class. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen a student's regular training in a solid and effective way. The contents of training include routine, classroom routine, assembly and practice routine, hygiene routine, labor routine, visiting routine and queuing routine. Training can be carried out by collective or individual, individual strengthening or comprehensive optimization (according to specific conditions). Let every student have the idea of "obeying the collective and obeying orders", which is self-disciplined and habit-forming, so as to ensure that the whole class can show a good class spirit of "being born without chaos and being strict without death" at any time.
Fourth, formulate long-term and short-term goals for the collective and the individual.
There is motivation only when there is a goal. According to the work arrangement of the school and the actual situation of the class, the head teacher should formulate the long-term and short-term goals of the class and the group from the aspects of knowledge, ability and emotion, so that every student can know what the goal of our class and the group is, avoid blind and inefficient study and life, and thus enhance the cohesion and motivation of the group. Of course, as a teacher, the teaching effect is directly related to the recognition of students, schools and parents. In teaching, through measures with clear rewards and punishments, fierce and lasting competitions can be set off.
