Legal liability between adoptive parents and adopted children
Legal subjectivity:

1. Children can take the adoptive father's surname or the adoptive mother's surname, which is decided by both parents. 2. Parents have the obligation to raise and educate their children, and adopted children have the obligation to support and assist adoptive parents. No party can abandon or abuse them. 3. Parents have the right and obligation to discipline and protect underage adopted children. Parents and adopted children have the right to inherit from each other. Article 1068 of the Civil Code stipulates that parents have the right and obligation to educate and protect their minor children. If a minor child causes damage to others, parents shall bear civil liability according to law. Article 1069 stipulates that children should respect their parents' marriage rights and may not interfere with their parents' divorce, remarriage and married life. Children's obligation to support their parents shall not be terminated by the change of their parents' marital relationship.
