First, the applicant

Persons who sign up for the qualification examination for teachers in kindergartens, primary schools, junior middle schools, ordinary senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools and the qualification examination for internship instructors in secondary vocational schools shall have Anhui household registration or have personnel relations. Students and graduate students of grade three and above in ordinary colleges and universities in Anhui Province can register for the teacher qualification examination at the place where the school is located or where the candidates are registered.

From 20 14, freshmen majoring in normal education must take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination to apply for the above-mentioned teacher qualifications.

Since 20 16, the qualification certificates obtained from the courses of pedagogy (course code: 00429) and psychology (course code: 0003 1) that have passed the self-taught higher education examination are no longer used as the basis for applying for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers.

Second, the application conditions

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

(two) abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideological and moral character;

(3) meeting the physical examination standards for applying for teacher qualification;

(4) According to the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Pilot Reform of Teacher Qualification Examination in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens (Teacher Letter [2011] No.6), "The pilot provinces can improve the requirements for applying for academic qualifications according to the actual construction of local teachers", the personnel applying for teacher qualifications in Anhui Province shall meet the following academic qualifications:

1. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, one should have a college degree or above in preschool education or a normal school degree;

2. Those who apply for the qualification of primary school teachers shall have a college degree or above;

3. Those who apply for junior high school teacher qualification shall have a bachelor's degree or above;

4. Those who apply for the qualification of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools shall have a bachelor's degree or above.

5. Those who apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools should have a college degree or above, and have professional and technical positions above assistant engineer or technical level of intermediate workers or above.

(5) Students and graduate students of grade three and above in Anhui ordinary colleges and universities can apply for the exam with the certificate of studying abroad issued by the school.

(six) the teacher qualification has been revoked, and it is not allowed to sign up for the exam within 5 years; Those who are deprived of political rights, or who have received criminal punishment of more than fixed-term imprisonment for intentional crimes, may not sign up for the examination. If there is cheating in the teacher qualification examination, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations in the National Education Examination.

Four. Registration method and operation steps

Registration is divided into three stages: online information entry, online qualification examination and online payment.

(A) online information input

Step 1: Login

Candidates log on to the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network (www.ntce.cn) from 20 17 13 to 16.

Step 2: Register

Candidates need to register first. Candidates are required to fill in the name, choose the certificate type and fill in the certificate number when registering. After completing the registration, fill in the personal information according to the process and upload the electronic photos.

Photo requirements: I have taken a bareheaded color photo of my face in the last 6 months; The photo size and format are jpg/jpeg, not exceeding 200 K; The photo is the top of the examinee's head and shoulders, and the white background is preferred. It is suggested to use tools such as pictures, Photoshop and ACDSEE to cut and compress photos.

This photo will be used for the admission ticket and the examination certificate. Please choose carefully when uploading photos.

Step 3: Select the examination area and examination subjects.

When registering online, you should choose your own city test area (my city refers to the city where candidates have household registration or personnel relations; Students and graduate students in the third grade and above in ordinary colleges and universities in the province (referring to the provincial city where the school is located or the place where candidates are registered) and examination subjects. The specific examination place is based on the address on the admission ticket downloaded by the candidates.

(2) Online qualification examination

The online qualification examination time is from 20 1716 13 to1017 (excluding holidays). The online qualification examination is conducted online by the municipal education examination institutions. For the convenience of candidates, no on-site examination of written test qualifications will be conducted. Candidates should be responsible for the authenticity, validity and standardization of the contents filled in online registration, and be responsible for whether they meet the candidates and conditions for registration. If you can't participate in the interview and appraisal, the candidates will be responsible. Candidates' information can only be paid after passing the online qualification examination, and registration can only be completed after successful payment.
