Li Guoqing, 1982, graduated from the Department of Education of Central China Normal University with a master's degree in educational principles, and was assigned to teach at Shaanxi Normal University in the same year. He used to be the deputy director of the Education Department of Shaanxi Normal University, the director of the Academic Affairs Office of Shaanxi Normal University, and the dean of the School of Education Science. Now he is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Education of Shaanxi Normal University. He has written 5 monographs and teaching materials, published more than 40 scientific research papers on educational research, higher education research, educational theory and practice, and undertaken 2 educational research projects in Shaanxi Province 1 and planned by the Ministry of Education.
