I. Guiding ideology

1. Make a reading plan
Every teacher has made a reading plan for this school year.
2. Combine teachers' reading activities with kindergarten-based training. In reading activities, we should combine concentrated learning with autonomous learning, theoretical learning with practical guidance, and let every teacher gain and improve in reading activities through salons, experiences, tabloids, essays, exchanges and other forms. The whole park launched a competition around the reading experience of the selected bibliography.
3. Teachers carry out the activity of "reading once every two weeks" around the selected bibliography or self-selected educational books and periodicals.
4. Teachers' personal reading and reading notes will be included in teachers' continuing education hours.
