What is the quality of education in Wuhan Media College?
Wuhan Media College is the only media undergraduate college in Central China and the first batch of pilot colleges in Hubei Province. Formerly known as Wuhan Film and Television Engineering College of Huazhong Normal University, it was established in 2004. In 2007, it was renamed Wuhan Media College of Huazhong Normal University with the approval of the Ministry of Education, and successfully transformed into a independent undergraduate course college approved by the Ministry of Education.

At present, there are eight colleges, including School of Journalism and Communication, broadcasting and hosting College, Film and Television College, School of Design, School of Humanities and Arts, School of Media Technology, School of Cultural Management, and School of Marxism, among which "Drama and Film Studies" is a provincial-level dominant discipline during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period.

There are more than 600 teachers, more than 70% of whom have master's and doctoral degrees, especially a group of "double-qualified" full-time teachers from the media industry and related enterprises and institutions, with rich practical experience, which provides a strong guarantee for improving teaching quality.

In recent years, teachers have instructed students to participate in the National College Students Computer Design Competition, the National College Students Digital Art Design Competition, the National College Students Advertising Art Competition, the National College Students E-commerce Innovation Competition and the National College Students English Speech Competition.
