Educational ideal, as one of the dimensions of ideal, inevitably embodies the connotation and characteristics of ideal. Therefore, we can define the ideal of education as: the subject shapes himself according to his own internal needs and external conditions through the conscious life activities of education, and shapes the possible perfect state of education envisaged by society. In the final analysis, educational ideal is the embodiment and reflection of human ideal in education. In order to further grasp the connotation of educational ideal, it is necessary to further analyze and define educational ideal and its related concepts.
