Through these days' training, I have learned the spirit, updated my ideas, broadened my horizons, improved my understanding and felt more responsible.

I gained a lot during the short five-day training. During these five days, I listened to the lectures given by Zhang Cai and other experts on the project of improving teachers' information technology application ability. Focusing on the implementation of the project to improve teachers' information technology application ability, I have a more comprehensive understanding of the national standards and implementation plans for innovative teaching and teachers' professional development and improving teachers' information technology application ability through simple and vivid explanations by several experts. The contents, methods and strategies of educational informatization planning, the construction of regional informatization supporting courses, school-based research under information technology, quality management of distance training, the application of information technology in training management, project management and scheme design, etc. I have learned some world-class educational models, such as "flip classroom", "micro video" and "Khan Academy", as well as the tried application and some effects of this educational model in China. Understand the application of some advanced international or domestic information technology in teaching.

Through training, I have benefited a lot. Although it was only a short period of six days, its influence on my ideas, changes in my thinking and changes in my ability were unparalleled.

Over the past few years, I have participated in many trainings on the application ability of information technology, from the earliest information technology training on the use of audio-visual equipment such as slide projectors, tape recorders and movie cameras, to the initial training on the Internet in 2003, to the real training on computer use technology in 2006, to the Intel training in 2009, and to the 20 10 training for Microsoft students. It can be said that every time, this time, I participated in information technology training again, and the content I contacted once again witnessed the innovation of classroom teaching information equipment and teaching methods, and also changed my concept of information teaching again, which made me feel the heavy burden.

1. I understand why the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education are conducting this training at this time. With the great attention of the party and the country, Banbantong has been popularized in my rural school, and the construction of "Digital Full Coverage Project of Teaching Points" has been completed. The digital equipment of all schools has basically caught up with that of urban schools, laying a solid hardware foundation for remote rural schools to realize information-based teaching. Looking at the outside world, with the rapid progress of technology, society has entered a high-speed period of information technology reform, and the network has entered every aspect of people's daily life. Many students have been able to play computer skillfully. But as teachers, especially rural teachers, they still stay in the past teaching methods. Many teachers simply can't use, dare not use, and can't use these digital devices, let alone use the network or digital resources for efficient classroom teaching. Undoubtedly, the purpose of this training now is to keep you from derailing the society and the times, master the basic operation skills quickly and skillfully, change your cognition of digital and information-based equipment and resources, make you change from "fear" to "love", from "sparse" to "secret", and make you get used to books and chalk to screen mouse, and from blackboard to whiteboard. Make full use of "three links and one leveling" to maximize the efficiency of high-quality resources and let every student enjoy equal education.

2. Many information concepts have been updated. Through a small policy interpretation, I understand that the country now attaches great importance to educational informatization, and I also know more about the gap between tradition and modernity, as well as the gap between my current job and social needs. Looking back on the electronic whiteboard introduced by the manufacturer when I participated in the training of educational equipment cadres in the whole province on 20 10, I still feel very far away, which has nothing to do with this article, but I suddenly felt a sense of fear when I came to my side and walked into the ordinary classroom in just two years. The times are developing too fast, and I am abandoned by the world so easily! After the installation of the electronic whiteboard, due to the lack of serious and systematic study, in the use of the electronic whiteboard, we can only explore the basic functions according to the icons or instructions, which wastes a lot of time, and only a lot of basic functions are put into use. Through the explanation of Teacher Lu Lili's "Application Skills and Maintenance of Electronic Whiteboard", I made a big step forward in the application skills of projecting electronic whiteboard and teaching point electronic whiteboard function TV in the current school class communication equipment. I believe that after I go back, I will definitely make the electronic whiteboard play a better and greater role. When I attended Sun Junfeng's PPT Making and Beautifying class, I suddenly felt very intimate. From OFFICE97 to OFFICE20 10, I have contacted and used them all, and the most handy one is in 2003. Because of the need of work, I have done a lot of PPT, and now I have to face it again, and it is 20 10. I don't like it very much, but I have a brand-new feeling and understanding. Seeing the exquisite PPT made by Teacher Sun, I suddenly found that PPT is still very powerful. If you do it with your heart, it is not worse than FLASH, or even better!

5, found a breakthrough in lifelong learning and self-improvement. All along, I always lamented that I didn't have the opportunity to visit those excellent teachers and listen to their teachings. Through the research on Wang Jintao's "Theory and Practice of Integration Project of Network Training and School-based Training", I found that my original research had gone into a misunderstanding. In fact, now that the network is so developed and the equipment is so complete, as long as there is a line around me, why bother to ask for letters from thousands of miles away! As long as you have a line, you can easily invite experts and professors to your side, as long as you want to listen, it is very easy. Speaking of it, it's just whether you want to learn, not whether you can learn!

I feel a heavy burden on my body. This intensive training time is very short, only five days, but five days is already a luxury for a primary and secondary school teacher to study. There are hundreds of thousands of teachers in the province. How many people can you choose to attend the training? The provincial quality improvement project, with 20 thousand people every year, has been done for ten years, and only 200 thousand people have been done. Now it takes four years to complete the training of 500,000 people, so most teachers can only solve this problem through online learning. In other words, we are very lucky to attend this training today. Luck means responsibility. As seed teachers, we also shoulder the heavy responsibility of teaching. Go back and give lectures and training to other teachers. Can I accomplish this glorious and arduous task? My heart is really lacking!

In addition, I am very grateful to the superior leaders for their concern for the students, which not only makes us have a comfortable living environment, but also makes the accommodation convenient, and the training place is where we live, which is really great for those of us who are strangers!

Anyway, after training, I will try to improve myself.
