During the epidemic period, under the guidance of the concept of "stopping classes without stopping studying", teachers had to change the traditional classroom teaching mode to online teaching, which brought great challenges to rural teachers. There are many problems in the implementation of network teaching, which are mainly reflected in the following three aspects:

In the actual network teaching, due to the lack of corresponding technology, the teaching quality has been seriously affected. For example, there are many technical problems in using the platform of nailing for online teaching. There are many problems in live broadcast operation, door-to-door distribution, cloud classroom editing and so on.
2. Moral education for students is difficult to go deep.
Because it is impossible to communicate closely with students, it is even more impossible to understand students' daily behavior habits, which brings many difficulties to moral education.
Many students use the internet to present false information to teachers, such as playing games in other places after the live broadcast; Do not think independently, hand in homework after online plagiarism, and so on.
Some students don't understand and respect their parents, and there are many problems such as frequent conflicts with their parents.

Especially for students who are about to graduate, these emotions are even worse.
3. Insufficient network equipment
Due to the limited economic capacity of rural families, Internet, mobile phones, computers and other online learning tools are not complete for many families. Some families don't even have a network, so mobile phones can only use traffic, which will increase the cost of mobile phones; Some families are better off. They have an internet at home, and they can study by connecting to the internet through their mobile phones, but the lack of computers also brings a lot of trouble to students' study.
4. Lack of motivation for online learning
Internet is a good learning tool, but it is also the number one killer that causes teenagers to ignore learning.
Due to students' poor self-discipline, lack of correct values, and lack of close supervision by teachers, many students' motivation for online learning is seriously insufficient. Although they have mobile phones and internet, they are not used for study, but for entertainment activities such as brushing Tik Tok, brushing WeChat and playing games. Even if you finish your homework, you plagiarize it through the internet.

1. Too busy making a living to take care of the children.
Although home isolation is an effective measure to ensure the safety of life, for many rural families, home isolation means that the source of life is cut off, so many parents have to go out to work immediately after the blockade ends, and many children become left-behind children.
There are also some parents who are busy in spring or run small businesses. Although I am at home, I go out early and return late, so I have no time to take care of my children's studies. Without the care, love, companionship and supervision of their parents, many children have no intention to study at all.
2. Insufficient understanding of the importance of education
Limited by economic conditions, many rural parents' ideas inevitably remain in the consciousness of small farmers, lacking long-term planning for their children's education and seriously lacking the importance of education to their children's lives and even their families.
Second, the specific methods and measures to solve
Based on the above problems, we take the following measures to improve the shortcomings:
1. Implement the task of epidemic prevention and control
We pass on the scientific knowledge of epidemic prevention and control to students and parents through reasonable channels to avoid being deceived by some bad information, thus improving their awareness of prevention and control.
At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the life education of "the value of life is above everything else" for students, so that they can cherish life and give it value, educate students to shoulder their own responsibilities, and cultivate students' self-study and self-discipline ability and good learning behavior habits.
2. Students' psychological counseling.
Teenagers have the psychological characteristics of strong emotions and great emotional fluctuations. Facing the epidemic situation, students' anxiety and panic are normal psychological reactions. So first of all, let students treat their emotions correctly.
Secondly, it is suggested that students work and rest regularly and develop good living habits. The outbreak of epidemic crisis will make students in a hurry in their studies, so maintaining a regular life schedule is a necessary condition to deal with the crisis. Keep a regular life schedule, arrange study time reasonably, exercise properly, and be responsible for your health.
Third, guide students to eliminate bad emotions. Negative emotions such as anxiety and fear can cause diseases, although they are not viruses. The long-term accumulation of bad emotions will only make students more unable to study quietly. Although the main activity of online teaching is teaching, it is more important to do a good job in the fundamental task of "educating people with moral education". The primary task of network teaching is to persist in educating people by moral education, and accurately grasp six key points: strengthening ideals and beliefs, cultivating patriotic feelings, strengthening moral cultivation, increasing knowledge and knowledge, cultivating the spirit of struggle and improving comprehensive quality.
Therefore, in online teaching, we create a good style of study for students through "online moral education". 3. Strengthen the cultivation of network teaching ability.
Network teaching ability is the hardware guarantee to complete network teaching, and improving network teaching ability is a top priority for rural teachers. To this end, we participated in the nail platform use training organized by the school, and learned from how to broadcast live and how to use the cloud classroom, so that every teacher can skillfully use relevant skills for teaching.

This requires communication between teachers and parents. The better parents and teachers cooperate, the more effective children's education can be.

1. Actively follow up the teaching facts and improve the deficiencies in time.
In the process of network teaching, although we have encountered many problems, we have solved them in time through our efforts to improve. Taking the students' homework check and test as an example, we constantly try to solve various problems.
At the beginning of homework assignment, the class sends out documents nailed on nails for students to finish by themselves, but we can't detect whether the students have finished their homework.
In order to solve this problem, we use the way of home school to send homework, so that students can take pictures of their homework and upload it, which can supervise students to finish their homework. However, there are sometimes cases of homework in various subjects, which leads to an increase in students' learning burden.
Therefore, we adjusted the homework time of each subject, except for the number of languages, which was allocated in one day and in the comprehensive subject in two days, thus diverting the homework and avoiding the problem of too concentrated homework.
In this process, we also found that although some students submitted their homework, they did not do it independently but plagiarized it. So, we use the cloud classroom to distribute homework to prevent students from copying … and so on.
It is not only homework assignment and testing, but also network failure and student performance analysis. We also follow up the problems in time, make improvements, and do our best to ensure the smooth and effective online teaching.
2. Give students feedback in time to enhance their learning motivation.
Feedback is the booster of growth, and only feedback can promote students' continuous progress. Whether teaching or moral education, we give students timely feedback and encourage them to call themselves better.
The most feedback we do is homework feedback. Every time a student submits his homework, we can make a detailed evaluation according to the actual situation of his homework, praise and encourage his good homework, and teach him how to modify his unsatisfactory homework. Through timely feedback, students can feel the teacher's hope for him, which greatly enhances their learning motivation.
3. Practice the concept of lifelong learning and constantly improve yourself.
"Lifelong learning" is an important content of teachers' professional ethics and an inexhaustible motive force for teachers' professional development.
