There are many problems in the implementation of network teaching, which are mainly reflected in the following three aspects:

The outbreak of epidemic crisis will make students in a hurry in their studies, so maintaining a regular life schedule is a necessary condition to deal with the crisis. Third, guide students to eliminate bad emotions. Negative emotions such as anxiety and fear can cause diseases, although they are not viruses. In the process of network teaching, although we have encountered many problems, we have solved them in time through our efforts to improve. Taking the students' homework check and test as an example, we constantly try to solve various problems.

At the beginning of homework assignment, the class sends out documents nailed on nails for students to finish by themselves, but we can't detect whether the students have finished their homework.

In order to solve this problem, we use the way of home school to send homework, so that students can take pictures of their homework and upload it, which can supervise students to finish their homework. However, there are sometimes cases of homework in various subjects, which leads to an increase in students' learning burden.

Therefore, we adjusted the homework time of each subject, except for the number of languages, which was allocated in one day and in the comprehensive subject in two days, thus diverting the homework and avoiding the problem of too concentrated homework.

In this process, we also found that although some students submitted their homework, they did not do it independently but plagiarized it. So, we use the cloud classroom to distribute homework to prevent students from copying … and so on.

It is not only homework assignment and testing, but also network failure and student performance analysis. We also follow up the problems in time, make improvements, and do our best to ensure the smooth and effective online teaching.

2. Give students feedback in time to enhance their learning motivation.

Feedback is the booster of growth, and only feedback can promote students' continuous progress. Whether teaching or moral education, we give students timely feedback and encourage them to call themselves better.

The most feedback we do is homework feedback. Every time a student submits his homework, we can make a detailed evaluation according to the actual situation of his homework, praise and encourage his good homework, and teach him how to modify his unsatisfactory homework. Through timely feedback, students can feel the teacher's hope for him, which greatly enhances their learning motivation.

3. Practice the concept of lifelong learning and constantly improve yourself.

"Lifelong learning" is an important content of teachers' professional ethics and an inexhaustible motive force for teachers' professional development.
