Brief introduction of Sousaku Kobayashi Sousaku Kobayashi
Sousaku Kobayashi was born in Gunma County, my wife county, on June 18, 894. He likes music since he was a child, and often plays with a baton in his hand by the river near his home, where he can see the famous hazel mountain. Because my family is not rich and the youngest of the six children, I became a substitute teacher immediately after graduating from primary school, and passed the teacher qualification examination and obtained the teacher qualification certificate.

Then he came to Tokyo, worked as a teacher at Oxford Primary School, studied music at the same time, and was admitted to the normal department of Tokyo Conservatory of Music (now Yi Xue University in Tokyo). After graduation, he became a music teacher in Chengxi Primary School. The educational policy of Mr. Haruki Nakamura, the founder of Chengji Primary School, has a great influence on Mr. Kobayashi. Mr. Nakamura is a very outstanding person. He believes that "education must start from primary school" and the number of students in each class should not exceed 30. But also advocate free education and implement the educational policy of respecting children's individuality. For example, finish the study plan in the morning, take a walk in the afternoon, collect plant specimens, sketch, listen to the teacher, sing, and so on. Later, Sousaku Kobayashi also implemented such classes.

Among the students Kobayashi taught during the Seikei period, Zi Yuan Inoue and Nobuhiro Marunouchi became pianists. Mr. Kobayashi wrote a comedy opera suitable for children for primary school students during his stay in Chengxi Primary School. Baron Koyatta, a Mitsubishi chaebol, was deeply moved after watching the opera and decided to sponsor Mr. Kobayashi to visit education in Europe. Baron Iwasaki is also the founder of this unique primary school, and he has also sponsored many artists such as Yamada Geng. Mr. Kobayashi was troubled by many problems in music education and children's education at that time. He happily accepted this grant and went to Western Europe to study pedagogy for the first time. That was in 1924, when Sousaku Kobayashi was thirty years old.

Then, Mr. Kobayashi met Emile Jaques-da croze (1865-1950), who is very influential in the world, and came to his school in Paris to learn directly from Mr. Dacroze. In addition, Mr Kobayashi visited many primary schools and returned to Japan two years later. Immediately after Mr Kobayashi returned to Japan, he co-founded Chengcheng Kindergarten with Mr. Oghara Guofang, who agreed with his early childhood education. Later, Mr Obuchi founded Yuchuan Academy and Mr Kobayashi founded Ba Academy.

Mr. Sousaku Kobayashi, president of "Ba Xue Yuan", deeply understands the essence of children's education. He introduced rhythm into children's teaching for the first time, and said the benefits of rhythm education: "Rhythm can make the body and mind understand rhythm, help the spirit and body achieve harmony, thus awakening people's imagination and promoting people's creativity." "Modern education that relies too much on words and language is likely to make children's ability to feel nature, listen to the voice of the gods and touch inspiration gradually decline?" Nature is the source of happiness for children. The gate of Ba Xueyuan is made of very short leaves! In the words of Xiao Doudou, it is "a door that grows out of the ground." This truly natural and childlike door is certainly much better than the lifeless concrete column door. Xiao Doudou certainly likes it! More interestingly, there are six trams parked in the yard as classrooms, and there are no fixed seats. You can freely choose your favorite seat according to your mood and convenience every day. There is no fixed schedule. From the first class, the teacher wrote down all the classes to be attended that day and all the questions to be learned in each class on the blackboard, and then said, "Let's start the class, starting with the class you like."
