Is the teacher's salary paid by the state?
Legal analysis: Generally speaking, the salary of public school teachers is divided into at least three parts. The first part is called financial salary (also called structural salary in some places), which is directly allocated by the state to the Education Bureau, and then directly distributed by the Education Bureau to every teacher with preparation, usually on the salary card; The second part is called performance pay, which is assessed by the school according to teachers' daily teaching behavior and work enthusiasm. Simply put, teachers who teach well and perform well are paid more. The third part is the bonus, which also varies from school to school. Some schools pay, some schools don't, some schools pay more, and some schools pay less. This part of the salary is used to reward outstanding teachers and is paid by the school.
