Huangpu District Education Bureau is the functional department of Huangpu District People's Government in charge of education in the whole region. Under the leadership of the Huangpu District Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Huangpu District People's Government, it is responsible for overall planning, coordination and management of education in the whole region, and standardizing the school-running behavior of schools at all levels and types according to law. To implement the principles, policies, laws and regulations of the party and the state on education, formulate relevant policies and systems for education development in light of local conditions, and organize, guide, coordinate and implement them. At the same time, it undertakes other tasks assigned by the Municipal Education Commission, District Committee and District Government.
