Article 64 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education
Legal analysis: This regulation stipulates that private schools should adhere to China's leadership, the socialist direction of running schools, and the public welfare of education, strengthen the education of socialist core values for the educated, and implement the fundamental task of educating people. Grassroots organizations of private schools in China carry out the Party's principles and policies, participate in major school decisions and exercise supervision in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and relevant state regulations.

Legal basis: Regulations on the Implementation of People's Republic of China (PRC) Private Education Promotion Law.

Article 64 If a private school violates the provisions of Article 62 of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education and Article 63 of these Regulations, the administrative department of education, the administrative department of human resources and social security of the people's government at or above the county level or other relevant departments shall, in accordance with the division of responsibilities, give a warning to the person in charge of the school decision-making body, the principal and the person directly responsible; If the circumstances are serious, he shall not be the head or principal of the decision-making body of a private school within 1 to 5 years; If the circumstances are particularly serious and the social impact is bad, they may never become the new head or principal of the decision-making body of private schools.

At the same time, if the organizers or actual controllers who hold or actually control a number of private schools violate the provisions of this Ordinance and neglect the management of the private schools held or actually controlled, resulting in adverse effects, the education administrative department at or above the county level, the human resources and social security administrative department or other relevant departments shall order rectification within a time limit according to the division of responsibilities; If you refuse to rectify or similar problems still appear after rectification, you may not build new private schools within 1 to 5 years. If the circumstances are serious, you may not build new private schools within 10 years.
