The second is to improve the supervision platform, carry out social risk assessment, strictly control vacations, strengthen assessment and rewards and punishments, and fully implement supervision measures such as weekly inspection, door-to-door visits, follow-up supervision and "GPS management" for key targets. Strengthen information construction, set up real-time monitoring posts for community correction electronic fences, and implement a 24-hour mobile phone positioning and tracking supervision system for prisoners in various communities. Make full use of the mobile phone's WeChat video and positioning functions to better grasp its whereabouts.

The third is to build an education platform, set up a volunteer team for community correction of the "five olds", cooperate with relevant departments, set up a lecturer group and a caring working group, enter schools and communities, and form a horizontal and vertical network system of caring and helping education.

Focusing on young people who have lost their feet, we will guide and help them to enhance their confidence and turn over a new leaf by means of face-to-face talk, legal consultation, public service and psychological counseling. Carry out activities to help and educate prisoners, send daily necessities to prisoners with Jingning nationality, understand prisoners' performance, difficulties and needs in prison, and guide them to reform with peace of mind and return to society as soon as possible.
