I haven't heard of anyone studying in Nepal. I suggest you not to study in Nepal. First of all, Nepal's education system is very bad and it is the poorest country in Asia. Although all the teachers in Kathmandu University in Nepal teach in English, the local accents of those teachers are very strong, for fear that you won't understand! Finally, many countries don't have diplomas in Nepal. Unless you plan to develop in Nepal in the future, you will study for nothing! If you really want to go, IELTS 6 will do.
