Article 5 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors stipulates that the state, society, schools and families shall provide minors with ideal education, moral education, scientific education, cultural education, legal education, national security education, health education and labor education.
Minors are a special social group. They are like thriving seedlings. They have unique psychological and physiological characteristics and need special care and love from family, school and society. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the legal education of primary and secondary school students.
