In this compilation, I am responsible for the channel engineering design. In the design process, it is reasonable to meet the requirements of design specifications and the engineering practice of irrigation area. For some vague problems, consult and learn from old engineers and design institutes with an open mind, and revise and improve the design. Through this design work, I am familiar with the design specifications of various water conservancy projects and master the relevant knowledge of irrigation engineering design.

In 2005, Tanghe Irrigation District "2002 Drought Relief Emergency Water Saving Reconstruction Project of Tanghe Irrigation District of Xidayang Reservoir in Baoding City" was implemented. In the whole work, the supervision work is carried out in strict accordance with the supervision planning and construction technical requirements and contract documents, and combined with the original engineering situation of the irrigation area to realize the perfect connection between the old and new projects. Actively coordinate the relationship between Party A, Party B and local people, so that the project can be successfully completed. The project fully meets the design requirements and passed the acceptance.

In 2006, he participated in the compilation and organization of the implementation plan of "2006 Anti-seepage Supporting Project of Xidayang Reservoir Irrigation District in Baoding City". I independently completed the preparation of some chapters in this planning report. In this plan, the overall layout of irrigation works remains unchanged as planned 1999. According to the development needs during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, considering the principles of convenient management, convenient water use and self-contained canal system, the original bucket canal that takes water from the main canal is re-divided, the bucket canal with large control area is upgraded to the main branch canal, and the bucket canal with too small control area is demolished and merged into the adjacent channel. The focus of this plan is the anti-seepage project of the backbone canal system, and the mature concrete lining technology is mainly used to carry out anti-seepage treatment on the existing canal system to improve the water utilization coefficient of the canal system. The plan was approved by the Ministry of Water Resources.

From April to August, 2008, the "Pilot Work Plan for Two Policies of Agricultural Water Price Reform in Tanghe Irrigation District, Baoding City, Hebei Province" was completed. In order to speed up the reconstruction of the last canal system in Tanghe Irrigation District, improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity, promote agricultural water saving and increase farmers' income, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources, Tanghe Irrigation District began to carry out two pilot projects of comprehensive agricultural water price reform in 2008. The work plan also includes three annexes, namely, Pilot Planning Report on Standardized Construction of Farmers' Water Users Association in Tanghe Irrigation Area, Pilot Planning Report on Water-saving Reform of Final Canal System in Tanghe Irrigation Area and Pilot Planning Report on Water Price Reform of Final Canal System in Tanghe Irrigation Area. The "work plan" involves many contents. We collected information extensively, conducted field investigation, and combined with the Institute of Hydrology and Water Resources Planning and Evaluation of Hebei Agricultural University, completed the report of the Work Plan on time.
