Ten thousand yuan, and notify the relevant matters as follows:
First, our county fully implements the compulsory education guarantee policy. Students in compulsory education in private schools and public schools enjoy the same exemption and reduction of tuition and fees, subsidies for public funds of schools, free textbooks and subsidies for boarding students with difficulties in life.
Second, since the spring semester of 2020, the standard of exempting students from tuition and miscellaneous fees in private schools in our county has been implemented in accordance with the benchmark quota of public funds per student determined by the central and provincial governments (650 yuan for ordinary primary school students, 850 yuan for ordinary junior high school students, 6,000 yuan for students in special education schools, and disabled students in regular classes), which will be allocated in batches in spring and autumn. This allocation is made according to 325 yuan per student in ordinary primary schools, 425 yuan per student in ordinary junior high schools, and 3,000 yuan per student in special education schools and disabled students in regular classes.
3. Since the fall semester of 20 19, the county education bureau will pay the subsidy funds directly to the parents of students by punching in the private schools that charge tuition fees, and all the private schools that charge fees should publicize them to the faculty, students and parents. For Chunlei Rehabilitation School, which does not charge tuition fees, the subsidy funds are still allocated to the school. Public funds subsidies can only be used to improve school conditions and maintain the normal operation of the school, and may not be used to withdraw funds and pay wages and benefits.
Four, private schools in the same enjoyment of the "one guarantee" policy at the same time, like public schools to strengthen the management of the use of "one guarantee" funds. All private schools should increase the publicity of compulsory education funds guarantee policies to ensure that the awareness rate of students and parents' policies reaches 100%. Private schools should implement the system of charging publicity, improve financial management and standardize school-running behavior. The county education bureau will strengthen supervision and inspection with the county finance, development and reform, auditing and other departments, and will seriously investigate and punish violations and hold them accountable according to law.
