Yingshuo's prospect of returning to China for employment in one year
I. Employment situation

From some data, we can actually analyze that among these returned students, the number of women is higher than that of men, accounting for 59.6438+06% of the total number. International students aged 23-33 account for 95% of the total number, that is, the average age of these returned students is 27.04 years old. If broken down, the average age of masters is 26.56 years old and the average age of doctors is 32.09 years old. In addition, among these important tasks, the number of people with master's degrees is the highest, accounting for 80.70% of the total, while the number of people with doctoral degrees and undergraduate and junior college degrees is relatively small.

Among these overseas students who choose to return to China, management and economics are the subjects that most of them will choose, followed by literature and law. However, with different academic qualifications, there are still considerable differences in the choice of majors. For example, the doctoral degree mainly develops in the direction of chemistry, economics and computer. If it is a master's degree, more people will choose business-related majors such as finance and accounting. The professional composition of the undergraduate course is very similar to that of the master, and it also comes from various disciplines of economics.

Second, the employment intention

In the previous survey of the future intentions of these returned students, about half of them hoped to have their own development opportunities in these cities after returning home, but this year this number has declined.

If we discuss from the areas where they want to work, 75% of these people want to develop in coastal cities, and then the second most is the central region. In the direction of work, 30.0 1% students expect to develop in the financial industry, and 9.88% students hope to develop in the direction of education.

Of course, those enterprises are still one of the favorite targets of many international students. More people want to choose foreign-funded enterprises and state-owned enterprises, that is to say, two-thirds of all overseas students returning from South Korea want to enter enterprises.

Colleges that have always been very popular, 14% students expect. Only 3.32% students have this intention to start their own businesses, but this figure is still one percentage point higher than the previous year. The development space is basically the most important factor among all the factors that need to be considered, followed by the position of employment and salary.

Third, employment.

Here, based on the data of Beijing, it is found that the employment of international students here is mainly in various state-owned enterprises or private enterprises. Then there are foreign-funded enterprises and various institutions. The types of masters in these institutions are almost the same as those in other stages, but most students, such as doctors, will go to colleges or institutions to find jobs.

Compared with previous years, the number of people going to state-owned enterprises for employment is decreasing, but the number of people going to foreign-funded enterprises is increasing. As far as Beijing is concerned, most people will still choose these jobs in the urban area first, and there are few institutions like suburban counties.
