Guangzhou Experimental Middle School is located in the starting area of Guangzhou Knowledge City South between China and Singapore. It is one of the top ten key livelihood projects in Huangpu District and the flagship school of Guangzhou Experimental Education Group founded by Guangzhou Education Research Institute.

The school enrolls students for the whole city, and plans to set up 30 classes in junior high school and 60 classes in senior high school, with 50 students in each class, providing a total of 4,500 degrees.
